The policy of the management and executives of G.N. AUTO OD.Y.KY EXPRESS ROAD SERVICE LTD is to provide customers with high-quality services, ensure the health and safety of employees and the public—including road safety—respect the environment, and implement appropriate measures for information security and the protection of personal data. Accordingly, management is committed to undertaking all actions necessary to comply with the requirements of national and European legislation and contractual obligations, achieve the satisfaction and expectations of stakeholders, and adhere to the requirements of international standards: ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 39001:2012, ISO 27001:2022.
Through the Management System in place, which is based on the requirements of the legal framework and the aforementioned standards, the company’s management aims to achieve the company’s objectives and meet the expectations of customers and other stakeholders. Specifically:
- It has implemented the process-based approach defined by the standards for describing and analyzing its activities.
- Through authorized roles, it monitors the effectiveness of the Management System to take corrective actions when required.
- It provides all means and resources for training and motivating staff and for engaging everyone in improving working conditions, serving customers, and safely managing information and personal data.
- It ensures that the Management System is maintained and continuously improved through a program of inspections and reviews.
- It evaluates operational risks, threats, and opportunities arising both internally and from the company’s external environment that may affect its operations.
- It evaluates and selects external providers and maintains mutually beneficial relationships.
- It ensures that the Management System policy is understood, communicated, implemented, and adhered to at all levels of the organization.
- It ensures the protection of both the public and employees on the road network.
- It ensures employee involvement and consultation on health & safety issues and, where necessary, the advice of employee representatives.
- It ensures the protection of personal data of both existing and potential customers, staff, and any third party.
- It has implemented appropriate policies to protect its assets and ensure the security of information and personal data.
Management sets measurable and objective goals at operational and functional levels. These goals are defined and evaluated regarding their achievement during Management Reviews. Specifically, the company aims to:
- Reduce complaints and increase the satisfaction of customers and stakeholders through the provision of quality and safe services and improvement of employee performance indicators.
- Reduce failures and enhance the company’s operational efficiency.
- Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of processed information.
- Effectively manage emergencies and prevent hazardous incidents.
- Eliminate incidents related to health & safety, road safety, and the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information and personal data.
For the purpose of continuous improvement, the company’s management respects its customers and is committed to a process-based approach, ongoing analysis of operational risks/opportunities, compliance with legal and other requirements, achievement of the above goals, and communication, dissemination, and availability of this policy to all interested parties as defined.
